Titanium Subframe with Prettau Zirconia from Zirkonzahn

Sometimes we need metal restorative options for long span bridges and Attachments for RPD setups.

Traditionally we used metal castings with PFM restorations.  As you probably know PFM are very prone to chipping and casting techniques usually are not very precise requiring cutting the bridge and soldering it back together creating a weak spot in the overall design.  Luckily these types of restoratives are a thing of the past and we have the ultimate PFM Replacement.

We use a milled titanium substructure with zirconia restoratives that are cemented in the lab onto the substructure.  By using a monolithic zirconia there is no chipping and we can make the restoration in the same space or slightly less than a traditional PFM.  With a milled substructure rather than a cast one you get a perfect passive fit the first time without cutting a soldering which could weaken the overall structure.

With our Titanium Substructure with Prettau Zirconia we eliminate all the problems with Traditional PFM restoratives giving your patients a stronger and longer lasting alternative.
